Discover scuba diving

Discover the depths of Formentera

Immerse yourself in an underwater universe and explore the lesser-known side of the island. For a few hours, you will live with hundreds of marine species and discover the most valuable treasure of the Balearic Islands: the posidonia.

The adventure begins in La Savina, where the instructors will provide you with the necessary equipment and explain how to use it, as well as teaching you basic concepts such as underwater language and underwater breathing. From there, you'll set sail in a boat for the Arco, in the Es Freus Marine Reserve, located on the west coast of Formentera. This place, with its spectacular scenery, vibrant colours and calm bottoms, is ideal for a first dive. The underwater activity has an estimated duration of 30-40 minutes.

What makes this experience special is the flexible timetable, the adaptation to the needs of each client and the personalised attention with one instructor for every two people. In addition, the instructors will take photos during the dive which you can purchase for an additional cost.

It’s a unique activity, with no need for qualifications or previous experience, and suitable for people with disabilities, children over 10 years old (and snorkelling for children under that age). All you need to do is let yourself be guided and enjoy this unforgettable experience.

Important information:

  • Total duration: 2.5 hours

  • Minimum age: 10 years old

  • Maximum depth: 3-6 metres

  • Do not do this activity less than 24 hours before flying.
